The Process
A commission project takes between 6 - 12 weeks depending on the size of the project, the complexity of the design and any additional time needed for sourcing specific materials.

Consultation
Design
Once you book a consultation slot, submit a reference photo of your loved one to us through the e-mail address provided in your confirmation e-mail. Up to 2 additional photos may be submitted for subject reference. Tell us stories about your loved ones during the call.
Two weeks after the consultation, we’ll provide a mood board with colour palettes, pattern options and a sketch of your design. Work begins once the design is approved. A custom timeline will be provided if any additional materials are required.
Delivery
Once your custom portrait is completed, we’ll update you on the delivery details and a tracking number will be sent.
